Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use MackSims products. Products are not directed to children under 13.
Beta status
MackSims products, including ShutterBid, FishCrew, CurbCue (formerly FairShare), MotoCrew, and related preview apps, may be in beta, testing, demo, or early-access status. Features may change, break, be removed, or include mock/demo content.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Do not impersonate others or create accounts for abusive, misleading, or illegal purposes.
User content
You are responsible for content you upload, submit, post, or share. You must have the right to use and share that content. MackSims may remove content or restrict accounts when needed for safety, moderation, legal, or platform-integrity reasons.
Marketplace disclaimer
ShutterBid is a beta marketplace foundation. MackSims does not guarantee bookings, payments, professional credentials, background checks, job outcomes, client behavior, photographer availability, venue participation, or business results unless a future written agreement says otherwise.
Safety and location disclaimer
FishCrew, CurbCue (formerly FairShare), MotoCrew, PrimFit, and other apps may involve outdoor, travel, transportation, riding, boating, fitness, marketplace, or location-adjacent concepts. Do not rely on beta apps for emergency, financial, legal, medical, navigation, weather, boating, riding, or safety-critical decisions. PrimFit and CoachCore provide general fitness or coaching tools only — not medical advice.
Payments
Payment flows may be preview, planned, third-party, or not yet wired. Do not assume in-app payment protection, escrow, refunds, tax reporting, or dispute handling exists unless the app clearly states that it is live.
Prohibited use
Do not use MackSims products for harassment, fraud, spam, illegal activity, exploitation, scraping, credential abuse, malware, safety endangerment, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, MackSims products are provided as-is and as-available during beta and testing. Use them at your own risk. MackSims LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes that may be brought in court is the state or federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida (Tampa area), except where consumer law requires otherwise.
